At MCA Leads Pro, we value transparency and fairness in how we manage leads for our clients. This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which a refund or credit may be granted for leads purchased from our platform.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may flag a Live Transfer Lead within 24 hours of receipt for review by our Quality Assurance team. Refunds will only be considered under the following scenarios:

  • Invalid Contact Information: If the lead contains false or invalid details (e.g., wrong number, wrong person, fake information, or under $15k monthly sales volume).
  • Lead Does Not Match Selected Filters: If the lead fails to meet your requested criteria (e.g., less than 15k sales volume, less than 1 year in business) with proof required, such as a recorded call.

Note: Refunds do not apply to Aged Leads. All purchases of aged leads are final and non-refundable. For Live Transfer Leads, calls lasting more than 60 seconds are billable and not eligible for refund.

Review & Refund Procedure

Once a lead is flagged, our Quality Assurance team will investigate. If the issue is confirmed, a credit will be issued to your account, and you will receive an email notification. If the lead is deemed valid, no credit will be provided. Reviews typically take 2–7 business days.

Policy Updates

MCA Leads Pro reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these updated terms.

Governing Law

These refund policies are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
